Vin plate issue

Does anyone know where i can get a new vin plate made up as i have lost my original one during the rebuild and engine bay smoothing.

I guess you could stamp a new one in somewhere with a kit like this.

I can't imagine you'd be able to get a blank OE riveted plate though. But could try this:

theres a company that makes mk1 and t25 ones. they may or may not do mk2 ones, ill dig out the name.
