OK, this is a new thing for me and may not work at all or just for some of you... probably basic stuff to Eddypeck, but I'm winging it -
Made a Pdf of the 4 x page flyer mentioned in the title and uploaded it (hopefully) to some web-space I have, you can try viewing it using the link below - any problems, let me know via a post here -

Infact - please let me know it does work, it's quite a bit of effort scanning then uploading etc., hence me starting out with a small one.
