Title: Lower Cam Belt Cover

Hi all, i have tried to reshape my lower cover using heat because it rubbing on the bottom pulley however it just returns to the poor shape - any suggestions?

Aftermarket are available new. Mine is the same, I have a cam belt kit ready to go on. I suppose I should get a new one too.

027109174 is the lower outer cover part number for 16v

Did you ever find a new (original or aftermarket) lower timing belt cover? My 16v has no timing belt covers at all and really struggling to find the lower!
