What are the chances of finding an original set of pop outs for my MK2?
Also I'm looking for rear blinds, not interested in the new repop ones!
Am I asking for the moon on a stick, or do any of you have a couple of boxes stashed in your garage!?

By Pop-outs do you mean the rear opening side windows for a 3dr?
There are no originals it's not a VW option, is however an aftermarket option.
Heritage sell full kits for lots of money, they also do glass only.

Have a look through Craigs build thread: https://www.vwgolfmk2.co.uk/clubforum/index.php?topic=630.60 he's put his own installation together and made electric pop-ups using just the glass.

I assumed there were 'quality' ones made back in the day? Not heard good things about the ones being made today, as the seals are pants.

I think you are thinking of Happich ones, pretty thin on the ground actually as rocking horse s..t now and pricey!!!
