Picked the GTI MK2 this morning after not knowing where the immobiliser was, parked it up, switched the immobiliser off and tried to start, turning over but it’s not starting again! Any ideas??
Are you hearing the fuel pumps run briefly when you turn the ignition on?
Any immobiliser fitted will be aftermarket. So how it operates, how and where it’s fitted etc will depend on brand and the individual fitter.
