Car's in Fermanagh, Northern Ireland which piqued my interest to start with but if you scan the text it also seems to have a slightly unusual history.
Donedeal is an all Ireland site, I've not looked to see if the car's advertised elsewhere.

Very possible... I'm seldom on that site, but it seems very popular judging by the speed at which the number of views build up.
Mk2's aren't put up for sale over here that often so there's probably a pent up, captive audience when one does appear.
