Title: Hi from South Devon
Post by: BeaDub on April 17, 2021, 02:34:31 PM
Hi,
Just joined - I have a 1989 Alpine White Mk2 1.3 which was off the road from 1994 and has only 30,000 miles on it. Carb is currently running very rough and lumpy so I’m looking for a specialist nearby if anybody knows of one....

Check the carb base, it's common for the rubber to split and let in more air causing rough running.

After that check all your vacuum lines are still ok.
Next would best to check RJ's 2e2 tuning guide.

You're also going to be running on old fuel  so that side will need checking.
