Nice Project!! It's is one of the dream ones I wise I could part take in... but need a shed to pull it a part and just some more basic knowledge on the cars. Looking forward to following your journey here! /D
Had this issue recently after replacing my sensor. Turned out there are two sensors , one is rated for higher pressure (white). Could be your issue as don’t think ECP etc differentiate
I have this buzzer, I am currently looking into sensors, but unable to establish where they both are - only heard they have two. Do you have some knowledge on this? mine is a 16v, and I haven't checked the oil filter, but that is on my list to do. but since it was last replaced by a professional, I except the sensors might be at fault here.
No - ended up in the shed without ever going. Maybe one day I'll bring good old Walther back to Germany for a drive, for now it is all the little things that needs attention. Who knew a car would have so many small items that is needed to reflect it's true heritage - I guess that is the joy of a 16v.
Hopefully my pictures are up - still learning the forum setup.
Hi guys, Recently restarted my journey with the old 16v. Bought her 12 years ago as a "Ring-Tool" and she ended in a garage for about 11 years before finally returning to the streets in Denmark about 2 months ago.
She had the full run over - rust/paint about 8-9 years ago. New engine 5 years ago. New engine 1 year ago + new engine management system.
Not a beuty, but she is mine and I look forward to the journey ahead.
Joining here to meet more people in the Mk2 world. Hopefully we get to meets one day /D
