VW Festival Harwood House Sun 14 Aug

Sunday 14 August- VW Festival Harwood House, Leeds.  Club stand accepted.  Who’s interested?

Show Tickets

Each member of your club stand must buy their tickets before the show. This is because we start to let club cars in before the gates open to the public and we don’t want unnecessary queues caused by people having to pay for tickets on the gate.

Just looked at the ticket prices: why have a show in Yorkshire priced so that no true Yorkshire man would ever consider attending?

Just some info:

Hi Festival goers
With only a few days to go, we thought we'd send you an email with some important information ahead of the VW Festival show next week.  We've kept it brief :)
Tickets
You can still buy Main Camping tickets and day tickets on the website > https://www.vwfestival.co.uk/tickets
You can buy day tickets on the gate for Saturday or Sunday, but not Friday.
Opening Times
Friday - Camping vehicles from 12pm (please do not turn up before 12pm, you'll just block the junctions). 10pm is last camping entry.
Saturday - Show cars from 7am, Day visitors and campers from 9am
Sunday - Show cars from 7am, Day visitors from 9am.
Traders - Check your posted info sheet for times.
Dangerous Trees
Harewood House has a lot of ageing trees around their grounds and to help protect the show's visitors from falling branches, the grass has been left long in all dangerous areas. No vehicles, trade stands or tents can be placed on this long grass.  Security will be checking.  It's for your own safety.
Show & Shine
Applications close this Sunday 7th > https://www.vwfestival.co.uk/show-and-shine.
Vehicle Lockdown
No vehicles can enter or leave the main show field between 10am and 4pm on Saturday and Sunday. No exceptions.
Camping Positions
Do not save space or rope areas off for friends coming later.  This reduces space for others.  Please arrange to arrive together with you fellow campers.

Keep the Campsite Clean
Please keep your campsite clean.  We will provide a refuse bag as you enter the campsite.  Please use this and tidy up after yourself.
Other
No glass on site - no glass bottles.  Cans are fine.
No petrol generators on site.
Camping tickets can't be bought on the gate.

MEETING FOR HAREWOOD

i have the passes , i'm there on sunday only , i was thinking of meeting just past the gatehouse as you first go in , club cars are in from 8am so 8am would be a good time to meet.
