General Chat / Scrapyards Munich->Stuttgart
Currently on a road trip around Europe and was wondering if anyone knew of any pick and pull type scrapyards around Munich, Stuttgart and in between to get some spare parts for my mk2!

I.C.E & Electrical / Engine harness extension
Thinking of doing a very simple wire tuck on my mk2 driver and would include extending the harness, what size wire would I need to buy to do this?

Suspension & Steering / Clunking noise from rear of car
Hi,

I own a MK2 1.6 driver and recently I have started to hear a clunking noise when pulling away or cornering coming from the rear of the car. Anyone experienced this before and know what it could be?

Engine & Gearbox / 1.6 driver overrevving
Can anyone help?!

My 1.6 driver is revving way too high and I’m not sure what the problem is. Took it to the garage and they replaced any faulty vacuum hoses and didn’t fix it, I have boiled the wax stat in water and that didn’t make a difference as I know that’s often a problem with the pierburg carb!

Any suggestions would be much appreciated! Cheers in advance

Hi everyone!
I've recently bought a 1.6 driver and the back box has a hole in it so needs replacing. I want a twin tip backbox and so was wondering where i could get one.
