Mk2 GTI 16V Alternator Size February 16, 2022, 08:41:40 AM Hi I have a Mk2 gti 16v and have bought myself a new uprated 90Amp alternator for it, however the pulley shaft isn’t long enough and the belt doesn’t reach so I have returned it. I have been struggling to find one that is 90Amps with the lengthened pulley.
