MK2 1.8 8V Revs jumping about all over the place

So lastnight after filling the car up with petrol i left the petrol station and when pushing down on the accelerator the revs started bouncing all over the place. I have recently replaced the coil, distributor cap, rotor and spark plugs. Tried putting the old coil back on and made no difference. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? Cheers, i have included a video below showing what was happening.
