Golf Mk2 -> Mk5 R32 powered

The time has come to move onto a new era after 12 years with this great car. Originally a 16V GTI “One in 10 million” edition, converted by a previous owner to a 2.8 VR6 from a MK3 Golf and later enhanced with the below modifications by myself. As you can see, no expense was spared during my build with a focus on OE parts/quality.

The car drives and handles so well with the LSD and has buckets of low-down torque. It runs as it would have in the Mk5 Golf and puts a massive smile on your face.

I have sales receipts for pretty much all below modifications/purchases. Viewing is definitely recommended!
The MOT has expired but will come with a fresh ticket.
Please feel free to reach out with any questions.

Congrats on the sale, and what a build to part with after 12 years. The VR6 swap in a Mk2 is always a great mix of old-school looks and proper torque, and the LSD must make a huge difference in how it puts the power down. The Mk5 R32 engine is a lovely thing to have in there too.

Hopefully it's gone to someone who'll look after it. Are you planning another project, or moving on to something completely different?
