Replacement vacuum pipes for pierburg March 16, 2024, 09:54:54 AM Hi all,Has anyone managed to find quality vacuum pipe that last more than 6 months?The ones I bought from VW Heritage which is Topran and another supplier that was choline have both split.CheersRichard

I used some stuff I got from VW about 20 years ago. But you could try some high quality silicon hose. Failing that, Gates hose is meant to be good quality.

Re: Replacement vacuum pipes for pierburg Reply #3 – March 18, 2024, 02:06:05 PM According to my brother, who is an engine builder, the braided stuff most businesses sell these days cant take engine bay heat, so they dont last. He uses silicon hose, but he says you need to be careful not to kink it, cause its softer.
