Temperature sensors/ senders

Hi everyone

thanks for any help to this and previous threads I have posted recently.
On my J reg Mk2 golf Driver I have 3 temp sensors/senders all on on one plastic coolant manifold bolted to the head. On top a black closest to the head then a red behind it and one underneath which has a white plug. Can anyone tell me what this is and where I can get a replacement from please? When I look online is says its related to air conditioning which my car certainly doesn't have!!

Not sure which one you need to replace. I replaced the one on top nearest the cylinder head, which was a grey one, and I had to buy it off ebay, cause I couldn't find it anywhere else. The grey one goes to the choke. The other one on top goes to the hedgehog, and I've not idea what the one below is for. I have a driver as well.
