1990 VW MK2 Golf Driver 4 door For Sale, £2250 ONO.

The time has come to let this go, plenty of miles done in this over the years, but my new toy and pending house move force sale.

201,000 miles
MOT until 9th December 2025
1595cc Petrol, Weber carb upgrade
Period correct mods/accessories included if required
Polishes up ok, plenty of blemises, but good usable and solid car, all required welding completed

Aluett 15x7 5 spoke alloy wheels, matching Toyo Proxes tyres (2 good, 2 lower tread)
Cherry bomb exhaust back box
FK Street Coilover suspension
Almost fully poly bushed
Metalpalst Bonnet Vent
Bonrath Single Wiper
Alfa Romeo black leather front seats/Rear seat Mexican Blanket cover
Replacement black headliner from Myrtle
Mountney Steering wheel
Retro Cassette/CD changer headunit, connected to amp, extra speakers/rear stealth shelf
Fisher Casette holder
CB radio/antenna

Servicing completed:

Gear linkage rebuilt/upgraded
Mostly new brake lines/hoses
Recent front discs/pads/rear shoes
Weber carb rebuilt, jetted to suit and setup

Is this one still available? The MOT ran out on 9th December last year so I'm guessing it's either gone or been sat a while. If it's still about, I'd be interested to hear what it's been up to since. Any chance of an update on how the Weber setup has been running and whether the welded areas have held up?

Hi, it sold quite quickly but remained local to me and was bought by Mook Wraps who has since wrapped the car in a matching Tornado Red. He now has it For Sale Here.
When sold the weber setup was running a treat and all the welded areas were holding up nicely. Drop Ant a message and he will be able to fill you in and he may still have it for sale, screenshot below  8)
