Fog lights

Hi all

I have located and bought some hella front fogs for my type 19

I have located the the wiring under the coolant tank and ordered the relay to power this up

First question

Is it a power feed to the lights and then earth to the chassis or can the earth run back to the same plug?

Second question

Where can you get brackets to mount the lights or can someone take some pics of theirs so I can make some up

Any pics of the lights set up would help please
