Does anyone know the Golf Mk2 with reg D140 LNC ?

If you are the owner or know the owner I'd love to hear from you.
Its a mk2 that had a non-standard Oettinger engine in it from around 1988.

Looks like it's still around, show 1976CC, 137BHP, nice that it's been updated, V5 was issued 17/5/2017, MOT'd and Taxed until June and shows 50k. looks like it was off the road for 7 years so maybe restored? Shows as insured also.

Indeed spotted that it was put back on the road which is what piqued my interest.
Even tried to convince DVLA to get me the keeper details but predictably they weren't going to give that up. Worth a try.
Hopefully someone knows the car on here.
