Well ol Jezza says you have to at least own one in your life if you are a true petrolhead, although it's diesel! 2011 Guiletta JTDM Veloce 170bhp, goes like stink, rather taken with it as it reminds me a bit of a fresh mk2, couldn't resist at the price!!!!

NOS is still going to be 20+ years old and the thought of paying £150 for a 30 year old UV brittle used one only for the tabs to break on installation is saddening. Plus being on the front of the car it's highly likely to get damaged by a stone. Half tempted to make my one work - both upper corner taps are snapped and one of the screw mouldings has snapped. All tabs however are present and no cracks.

After 3 sets of calipers on my MK2 I am fully introduced to that bolt, I wish I had known about the upgraded spring though as it always seemed the weak link.

Always liked these, I did an Airfix type model wasn't Airfix but named something else of one of these in around 89 when I had my 1st 16v, it came with some Zender stickers that I ended up sticking on my 4 spoke copy of a Zender steering wheel in the car lol.

Had one of those in my first Mk2 16V in 89/90, worked as well, not that I ever had a contact with it, car had the add on amp set up as well, was pretty well specced. The phone I'm replying to lol.

Other Problems / Re: No heat from heater
I hate doing the heater matrix, doesn't help with wide shoulders, when I did one on an 86 KJet the bloody nuts on the bulkhead were rusted solid, took ages with a hacksaw cutting them off with lots of swearing!!!
