Mk2 golf door ard difference - help needed asap December 11, 2024, 05:17:20 PM Hi all,Needs some advice really quickly please.My drivers side front and drivers passager side rear door cards are rotten at the bottoms.I need to replace them asap, mines a 5dr GL 1986 with quarter glass front door type, are there any differences between them and the larger front 1 piece glass modals?.Thanks in advance.
Re: Mk2 golf door ard difference - help needed asap Reply #1 – December 12, 2024, 04:01:36 PM Hello, Yes they are different.Depending on how rotten they are, they can be repaired by drying them thoroughly and repairing with fibreglass.Once sturdy again, you can look to clean and re-glue the material. 1 Likes
