Build date from vin April 22, 2025, 09:36:46 AM Hi, am trying to find the build date of my 1985 mk2 as it possibly could be able to register it for classic status (no longer have to pay VED)Thank you for any advice.

If first registration date is prior to 8th January 1985 then that also means you qualify for zero tax. 1 Likes

I was hoping my mk2 was built late 1984 as it was registered March 1985 but unfortunately I don't think this is the case.Bummer never mind thank you for the reply.
