Coolant return hose. August 02, 2022, 03:33:35 PM The thin one that goes from the top of the rad back to the expansion bottle. Mine's still the original hose and feels a little weak in places, probably well overdue being replaced, it's also a little scruffy and would be nice to tidy up so.I know the braided with pink fleck is NLA and I'm not bothered by that, but I'm sure someone had some with a red fleck which was quite nice but I'd be happy with all black, but I'd rather the braided look than just rubber.So questions...1. has anyone got a link to the right kind of stuff?2. has anyone ever tried to run a hard line along the slam panel and up the side of the inner wing rather than go diagonally across the bay?

It is steel braided under the cloth so it gave quite a long bend at the radiator. I still have it in the attic if you would like to see how it bends.In the end I repaired my original pink fleck with shrink tubing. it appears fine.
