8v Digifant PB Engine, rebuilt some years back to a very high standard. no leaks no oil loss, no tapping. Runs beautifully.

The reason for sale is I want to concentrate my efforts on my T4 conversion. The final push was the arrival of my new daughter so I’ve been instructed to sell one of the motors.
Since having the Golf, I’ve not needed to do a huge amount of work. My aim was to keep it as original as possible.
I’ve stripped the sunroof so that works now, replaced the indicator stalk which was intermittent, replaced the headlight plugs as they were corroded, and bought a few other bits of trim which were missing or broken.
I also bought a small rear bumper with a tow bar attached in case needed so the bumper doesn’t need to be cut.
The previous 2 owners had her for 7 years and 6 years respectively and spent thousands on her. there is a folder of receipts and history.
She is lowered on FK Coilovers just over 1 year old
Drilled and grooved disks with recent Pagid pads and Goodridge hoses
MK4 Calipers on rear disks, she stops on the button.
K&N Air filter
Full Stainless Miltek exhaust, sounds great! and not cheap!
Eibach strut brace (rare)
Interior is in excellent condition, no bolster wear and headlining is mint.
No bleed on the trip computer
Recent service includes Distributor cap, Rotor arm, Plugs, leads, oil, filter soak etc.
Oil has been changed every 6k miles by previous owner and I have continued that practice.
VW G13 coolant (factory original)
She is generally very clean and looks great, so many people comment on her when she’s parked up.
The worst bit is some surface corrosion around the fuel filler cap and some paint peel around one corner of the sunroof which has been treated with matching paint to stop further corrosion. It is surface only, no rot.
Fitted with a decent head-unit with Bluetooth, CD, aux, USB etc
Rear wiper doesn’t work but I was going to blank it off anyway.
She sits and handles lovely on a set of G60 Steels in great condition with good tyres all round.
She has an agreed evaluation on her for over £5000 with cert. so will be a good investment to anyone who takes her on.
